MATHS DIRECT - ENGLISH EXTRA
Maths Direct, based in Tunbridge Wells, has provided one-to-one or shared tuition since 2002. We specialise in the following subjects:
· Maths · English · French · German · 11 plus including verbal and non-verbal reasoning · English to foreigners
The basic charge of £20 applies if you come to us in Rusthall, Tunbridge Wells, regardless of whether we are teaching reading to a five-year-old or helping an A-level student to get a grade A. We also do not charge extra for teaching siblings or friends at the same time, so this can help to keep costs down. If you wish us to come to your house there is usually an extra fee for time and petrol.
Our experience is that people of all ages make astonishing progress once they can confidently ask questions and receive answers pitched at their own level of understanding. We have helped scores of pupils to pass exams at A-level, GCSE. Scholarships to Public Schools, Common Entrance, the 11-Plus as well as various adult proficiency exams. However many parents simply want to boost their child’s learning, give them more confidence in the classroom or get through a difficult time at school, and this requires particular empathy and a creative, flexible approach. |
